Shoes worn by Eileen Joyce. Close toe court, silver leather upper, leather sole, with rhinestone decoration, top centre, brand Ravne (English brand), size 6 1/2 B, 50mm heel. Leather is worn (scraped) away on the back of both shoes.

Born in Zeehan, Tasmania, Australia, Eileen and her family had moved to Boulder City on the Eastern Goldfields by 1909, where she commenced her piano education at her local convent school.
